At Collins Avenue Physiotherapy Clinic, we only collect and store personal client data for the purpose of providing the best standard of physiotherapy care. We use systems including local onsite hard copy records, and secure remote soft copy records, for storage of both personal and medical data. We use your personal and medical details to identify you in our record system, to provide best physiotherapy care, to facilitate accurate accounts management, to communicate with you while using our services, and to communicate with other service providers involved in your care. We are committed to never sharing data held with any third party for any purpose other than to further your physiotherapy management, and even then only with your explicit consent. We voluntarily fully comply with our professional guidelines for data protection and storage, and with the General Data Regulation Guidelines.
