Payment can be made by cash or all major credit and debit cards.
*There are variable levels of cover for chartered physiotherapy consultations from the various major health insurers ie VHI, Irish Life Health, Laya Healthcare and the Hospital Saturday Fund. Check your individual policy to confirm your level of cover. An excess may apply.
You can receive tax relief, on completion of the Med1 Form, for health expenses at your standard rate of tax, 20%. View Revenue for more details.
GAA Insurance Scheme, Garda Medical Aid, Prison Officers Medical Aid and the ESB Medical Scheme also provide attractive reimbursement rates.
Irish Life Health Back Up Programme
The Physiotherapists at Collins Avenue Physiotherapy Clinic are approved providers for the Irish Life Health BACK UP Scheme. This scheme is included in all Irish Life Health Insurance Policies. In this scheme, when deemed medically necessary by the Irish Life Team, each year members can receive cover for a full course of physiotherapy, for a once off fee of €50.
